New to Grow and LED

Hello community.

I've been trying to figure things out on my first grow. I've had to diy some stuff to get things right with temp and humidity (live in SW and very dry n hot) .
My setup consist of 16x 23w CFL = 368 try watt.
Viparspectra 300w rated 150w actual optimal for a 2x2 area but can cover a 3x3.
Tent is 4x4x6.5
Temp are between 77 and 85 with RH between 40% and 65% no moisture present on walls of tent.
Plants are in 1g pots and 2 solo cups .
All water and feed conditions seem to be fine so far. Learning to read my plants and only feed them when droopy about every 4 to 5 days now water only for 2 cycles then nute on cycle.
Fertz are AFF 5-1-1 and Calmag.
Water is tap since it's PH from faucet for soil .
Soil: mixture of FFOF from solo cup and Ecoscraps organic and Perlite mix when transplanted to 1g pots.
Lighting: 4 plants under 16 cfl setup at 3 to 4 inches above plants. 2 plants under LED at 24 inches above.

I alternate every other day with plant placement so they all get the right amount of lighting between sources. The second pic has two plants under the LED not visible when taking top down photo.

Can some one suggest of a better light setup with LED?

I just use 2 V450s that I just discovered have easy daisy chain capability. That is a really interesting CFL rig, though. Props.

The hate is only because there are more efficient technologies for more money, i.e. TastyLED. Out of any of the economy lines, go with ViparSpectra. It comes with the best quality and options for the money.

I had to change some things around this weekend. Did my final transplant which I have to admit took longer than expected. All plants had healthy roots. Now I've decided to let my two strongest plants take full advantage of my led with my other plants getting some CFL love. Eventually I will convert to all LED about 2 to 3 more Viparspectra for my 4x4x6 tent.
