new to bubbleponics stil and having a problem

i have one plant that i had outside for 2 weeks and it has a lil bit of yellow at the top with 3 other plants also in a 10 gal res with 14 inch airstone and 3.0 hrsp air pump and all purpose nuets (not yet added) 24-8-16 and my other ones are still rooting should i add nuets or not?

I would do a light mix

from sprout - 2 weeks you could grow them without, but then after do a 1/3 of vegg nuts
EX: if the bottle says put 5ml for every gallon and you have a 10 gallon tub you would need to take 5ml X 10g = 50ml / 3 = 16ml

i hear very good things about these products unless someone else has any input.

for 1st month i would keep ppm at 400-700

I don't know of any better places to get these items from i just googled it up quickly, im sure you could find them @ a local hydro store. But the prices seem similar from that site vs the stores.
