i have an old DVD shelf that is like 5 ft long i want to basically turn it into a sog box. its on like 12" wide so im going to add to the sides for about 20" wide im still p;lanning on staying flourescent so i plan to use a 4ft 4 lamp grow light and ill probably get a 2 ft 2 light for the mother room. a question i had. i still plan to use soil. and i wanted to know. can i sog purely in solo cups. because i can easily fit 22 cups in there as it is. i want to be able to harvest every 2 weeks. and solo cups are rather inexpensive so i can easily replace after every harvest. will there be enough room for root growth? or should i just buy slightly bigger pots and have less plants. but hopefully bigger harvest
