wat up so here's my setup:joint: 2 female plants under 1 32w cfl and 1 26 wcf. wondering if they will both grow alrite under this... once the sun outhere in california gets to at least 70 degrees I going to put them out side, so for now I am curious if I need better lights or do you think they will have slow growth or die?? aslo i have a metal screw driver like 3 or 4" deep in the soil with a paperclip around it to hold the stem up because the stem was leaning over a bit, will this mess up the root growth?

NEVER put metal objects in your soil!!! It releases toxins in the soil which will kill the plants.

As far as the lights go. CFL's are sufficient for veg growth. You can't flower under them, but you sure can veg. My suggestion? Being that you're
waiting for the warm weather out there, just keep the plant in a small pot, 1 gal, so it won't get crazy big. The CFL won't be enough light if you
let it get big. So keep it small and right under the CFL. Like 1 inch on top.

You do that and you'll be fine.

Good Luck & Happy Growing!!!
