NEW Rules, What will go through and what's really legitimate?

So now that things are going into effect on July 1st, who's going to pay for these camera systems and scales? Who gets to explain to customers why their privacy as a patient is in jeopardy? And how do you explain only allowing two ounces for 3 plants for each patient? So now we need to try and grow plants that only have 18 grams for each 3 plants per patient?
Personal property and inventory being recorded for the purpose of being viewed by anyone outside of the individual who owns it is ridiculous.

So just wondering everyone's opinion on this and what might actually happen with these proposed new laws...

Yeah it sure is, but it still doesn't make sense. Three flowering plants per patient, so how much do you usually end up off of each plant....roughly 2.5 or more right. So even though you can have three per patients, I guess it makes more sense to grow one plant per patient ?

that's why you use the excess to make hash or edibles. hash weight is the same as bud weight in their eyes.
