New room

It's been nearly 25 years since my last grow (boy have things changed) but now I'm on medical and have begun the process again. Here's where I'm headed for right now! Don't hesitate to respond with any tips that you feel might be useful.
Single small building 16'x12' divided into three chambers.
Entry 4'x5'
veg/cloning 5'x8'
flowering 11'x12'
All rooms are divided with standard 2"x4" walls. Exterior walls, attic, and floor are all insulted with styrofoam and/or rolled insulation.
It has been wired with 4-20amp runs of 12/2 wire, each run having only 5 outlets per.
In the veg/clone I will be using 2-400w MH and a 4'-4 bulb t5 fixture for the clones
In the flowering will be 4-1000w HPS. All ballasts will be located in the entry room to help reduce some of the heat.
There will be an 800cfm inline fan mounted in the flowering rooms ceiling exhausting air thru a 10" carbon filter and exiting in the attic area which has a distant vent to the outside. The floor will have three inlet vents each 6"x10" covered with pieces of furnace filter paper, then window screen and finally metal register grates. Two will be located in the flowering rm, and one in the veg rm.
There will be a vent at the ceiling of the veg. rm near the exhaust fan to allow heat/air to pass out of it. There will also be a 12K BTU A/C unit and a dehumidifier inside. Using CAP for environmental controls. Running a Sensaphone w/ wireless sensors to detect heating/cooling problems, as well as noise, motion, and door detectors. This unit is great as it will call up to 8 pre-set ph. numbers to let you know when a problem occurs.
Will hand water the clones and veg stages, but use an Ebb & Gro for the flowering ladies. Not fully set on which nutes yet so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds Great! I may just be really high but it sounds like you are going to blow the air through the filter instead of sucking it through. I've only seen filters designed to have the air sucked through them.

he does not say that, he says he is exhausting it through, that does not mean push, and he refers to exhausting it to the attic.

you can push air through a carbon filter, but it would have to be very sucure on the duct to stop blow off, also the outside of it gets very dirty with carbon soot.
and it would be on the outside of your grow room, like exhausting in to your garden and having the carbon filter in a ventilated box outside to protect it from rain water.
this would conserve space in your grow area.
my carbon filter is 3 feet long and 14" wide so outside is better.
