Im trying to figure out how to do the ducting in my room. its about 7'x9'x8' tall. Room inside my garage. The garage itsself is not insulated. Highs in the 70-80s and lows in the winter time are around 20's(outside). Ill be fully insulating the room inside the garage.

setup
1000w HPS setup in a cooltube, this will be ducted straight thru the room but staying inside the garage.

DWC SCROG grow in igloo 100qt coolers

Can fan/carbon filter setup that will exhaust either out into the main room of the garage or outside. I can not cut holes in the wall to exhaust outside, however where the rafters join the wall, there are 2x4' spacers with 3-1.5" holes for ventilation, this spans the entire garage. Im debating if I can use these 3 holes to vent outside? otherwise, my only option is to exhaust to the inside of the garage. I dont think this will be a problem as its pretty drafty in there anyway. It does get hot in the summer though.

I will place air filters over the other two 2x4 spacers with 3-1.5" holes to use as a intake to the room. This will be constant and can not be closed. I could place something over the holes if I wanted to close this off though.

for electrical, I only have 120v to work with. I dont know if Ill be able to wire in 2 new 20amp breakers, so I might have to use what I have there Currently the only thing hooked up in the garage is a garage door opener and 2 ceiling lights along with 5-6 electrical outlets(which have battery chargers pluged into a few sockets). Am I going to run into issues running the 1000 and various other equipment? I figure Ill also have 1 air pump, the canfan, and a regular fan.

if more details are required, let me know what and Ill find out! otherwise, im already building :)

sounds like you got a good area to work with. My friend has the same vent holes and bought a single wall v shaped fitting he placed in front of the small holes and sealed to exhaust his vent. worked out great. I would unplug the other stuff if possible if you only have a 20a breaker to work with...maybe you can double up in the panel. I would not worry too much about intake if the garage is not sealed you can just pull what you need in. i would worry more about humidity and exhausting in the garage. youll be in the green in no time!
