Personally I think ALL rep... good and bad should include the user screen name of who gave it. I sign my name to my +rep and now that we have -rep I will sign that too... although I can't imagine I'd be giving out NEG REP unless the poster is really obnoxious (e.g. Giant Ethiopian).... IMO it just seems bad etiquette to give negative rep unless the person is posting like a giant asshole.

I won't be handing out Neg. Rep if I disagree with a poster... I'd rather just state my dissent in a thread post and move on. On the other hand... it will be nice to be able to give the GE's of the forum a big fat NEGATIVE! and I'll gladly sign my name when doing so!
