I know the difference in P and K, I think. I was just interested in how you came to the conclusion. I asked, because if this was my plant, and I had this problem, I would have misdiagnosed it, and gave it more K. I wanted to know how better to diagnose my plants, and i know from your posts you have a lot of experience. Thats why I asked you and not google, no substitute for experience.

P is Phosphorous. K is Potassium.

The symptoms are obvious. Google "potassium toxicity cannabis"

so tell the guy to flush his and back off on the bud builders

what about the shiny spots on the leaves is that something i need to tell him kill his plants and bleach wash his set up

the info i am allowed to share is this
1 he lives deep into the woods ......i mean woods as in the term tall as trees and paths tho the brush
2 his set up is in a garge (he does have a intake filter on his box and several small ozone gens plugged in around the place to kill anything in smell and bad stuff for the plant
3 this is his 3 grow but first time with this issuse
4 he is using LED lights he went for the cheap china brand ........one of those all in one specs and got a strait blue pannel

he has been adding into my supply and selling it under my name to help save up for a new home ...........it been working for him he has made 3000 bucks in the last 5 months

sorry spelling and grammer will be horrible today not sleeping all that well

I think Diabolical's right. Those spots look like the work of thrips. Not to sound too discouraging but I haven't seen too many people with advice on how to get rid of them. Good luck though.

the spots appear to be thrips. i am dealing with them now too.
if you water look in the drained water for very small whitish larvae..looks like white pepper..only they move it you look close..at least that is what i was told i have. monterey brand spinosad used as a foliar spray every 3-4 days and some form of soil drench..not sure what is best. i was also told you can use s.n.s. brand 209 systemic every other feeding to repel them. some even do einstien bug bombs.

i second thrips

spinosad works or bennifical bugs.
a quick thing to do would be a mighty wash soil drench or dunk. its charged water that shocks bugs.

the nutrient problem is because the bugs are eating your roots and creating nutrient uptake problems.

you can put a half of a potato on the soil. and in 24 hours check out with a 10x or better scope to see what bugs are in your soil.
