New Patient With some questions, please help!

im currently a new medical patient in san diego county california and wanted to konw the law a little more.
1.) is it illegal to grow our medicine on a piece of land that is unowned?
2.) is it mandatory to cultivate on our property only?
3.) could we grow it on someone elses property?
4.) are we able to keep paraphernalia in our vehicle, such as pipes, water pipes,vaporiers, and scales?

1.) Yes
2.) No
3.) Yes
4.) Not advisable. Hide your scale, whether medical or not it's perceived as intent to sell.

Now in San Diego you cannot legally grow outside unless in an enclosed greenhouse

City Council guidelines allow up to 1 lb of marijuana, 24 plants in 64 square feet indoors; no outdoors growing allowed except in enclosed greenhouses.

I would suggest actually reading the laws. If that is difficult (I know I don't understand them myself) speak with an attorney. Ask your Doctor's office. They should have more info for you or be able to direct you to those who do know.
