"My boy" meaning close friend i grew up with. He was caught with extacy, no license, no insurance, un-registered plates while being investigated for a B&E. When cops went to his house he had 5 christmas trees in the backyard. He got a summons to court, justice of the peace screwed around a little ended up with 500$ fine with 90 days to pay, no record. No lawyer just negotiated with the crown.

That's good news then. No record means he can still travel abroad. Thanks for sharing! I'll keep my personal grow to 4 plants until somebody beats harper in court! I appreciated reading this information bigmanc. Thank you.

i think you may wanna recheck that before there was no manditory min on sentensing so the courts could be nice and let ya off but i think that changed in novemeber making it a min sentencing sorta thing if there is an impossed min sentancing then i believe the courts must follow that im not entirely sure on it but if there is someone out there that knows more about min sentencing and the law for personal amount plant count etc id live to hear for ya

Yeah. I'm not sure on the plant count either icemaiden. Outdoor growing might be a better idea way out in the bush.
