new medical grow

hey there everyone i started a few posts on thcfarmer about my grows thought i would post something here too. Alright so me and my roomate are running a medical grow for the 2 of us we both have our medical recommendation's we started a grow in july the plants were doing great till i transplanted them into 3 gal pots and went from 2 flourescent fixtures with 40 watt ho grow lights to a 6 tube mix spectrum T5 fixture i think it put off too much heat for them and to intense of light to quick possibly to close to the top of the plants too anyways i just threw those into flower on the 23rd im gonna give them a few weeks if they dont seem like they aren't gonna do ANY im just gonna pull them a couple of them already had there hair pod form at each node not sure if those will hermie though

if you have grown any of these any advice or suggestion's on how to grow these strains would help alot
