New laws being passed

That would be getting together to grow, that is illegal here. They covered all this pretty well, no co-ops, no getting together just to grow, etc.

I glanced through the new laws and couldnt find anything saying that patients couldn't grow at the same location if they all took care of their own plants. But i could be wrong

Yeah i can not say that i could find it again, kind of getting to the point you have to be a lawyer with a week to spare just to get through the laws to find anything relevant. But without being able to quote an exact law, i am absolutely positive this is true. Basically you and your wife can grow together, because you are together for other reasons than growing, in fact you could be a caregiver for 5, plus yourself and your wifes plants could be in there with the rest, and you are legal. Now if you have your buddy move in and start growing, you have joined together to grow, and that is not allowed. Believe me i would have opened one of the first rent to grow spaces in the state. But no interest in going to jail, so i just keep it small and silent, don't worry so much.

yeah it's pretty specific, one caregiver per household, 5 patients is the max unless the state grants you an exception by patient request. you can't be a caregiver if you list a primary provider other than yourself, 2 care-givers can't come together to grow pot. i hate hb 1284 in its entirety, all around a bad bill. limiting patient, plant, and weight limits would be like setting a limit in the number of customers a liquor store can serve in a day, then making them brew their beer on site and only allowing a six pack per day for each client, and then forcing an outragous $50,000 PER YEAR business license fee. but they don't do that, because it's fuckin retarded. they knew that when they passed this law, it's simply a bureaucratic method of shutting the doors of the 500+ mom and pop dispensaries that can't afford the government pick-pocketing them.

You guys are all so funny with all the "fact's" you state Amendment 20 no matter how many time's it is revised will still have many grey area's to them your in the industry or your not so do what you wan't or go home because under plant limit's or not ( look at what's happening in las vegas ) if they decide to prosecute you they will no mater if your in compliance or not. If they know you are growing ( the fed's that is and if you get busted that's probably who you will be dealing with ) they will bust you and that is that they will fuck your world over and don't bother telling them anything about your rec or amendment 20 they will just tell you to save it for the judge. My best advice for any of you is try to become the primary caregiver for 5 patients and stay away from school zone's.

You should provide the full truth in your "Expose' " . Do you realize that the fear mongering that you are projecting is the same means that our government used to bring about the prohibition of Cannabis in 1937 ?

Money is all they care about! They know it is a cash crop! You don't see caregivers brewing alcohol for patients! What is going to happen when we all have to go to pharmacies and get stupid pills like marinol!
