What's up guys.. Recently joined the site and thought i'd show you whats up with my grow.. I got a 4x4x6.5 grow tent.. With 5
Great White Shark Girls.. And 4 Chemdawg in cups.. Ohh and my ghetto box stand lol.. Im gonna be ordering a 1000 watt HPS,
a 6" inline outtake with filter, and a 4" intake fan.. Im currently growing with Technaflora Nutrients BC line, but im gonna be
upgrading to Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow, with Carboload and a couple other additives.. Is there anything else you guys can
suggest for me to do?.. Or any other additives I could add?.. Any feedback is great.. Thanks Guys and Gals :leaf: :arrow: :leaf: :arrow:

Grow looks good, so I'd say a 'B' for a grade, but i give a 'D' for sideways and blurry camera skills. LOL;-)
I DO like the cleanliness and organization of your grow area though.:clap:

Nirvana and BudCandy ehh.. Ill have to look those up.. Lol, my bad about the pics, im pretty sure i was high.. Thanks for the comments though guys.. Im gonna be flowering them in a couple weeks probly the first week of january.. There gonna be pretty tall, i hope the 1000w will do the trick

I just got a 1000w hps and am thrilled. I have been growin for a year and I started small. About 60% of what I own was given to me by another grower, including his seeds. It sounds like u may be north of me in BC. Not sure. Well i was flowering under a 600hps and since I have a perpetual grow (Starting Jan. 20th I will be harvesting what I think will be between 4-8oz every 2 weeks) I needed more light. You really want that light to be able to penetrate through the canopy. Well my flower room has a White Fire(Day 26), an Afgoo(16 days), an Afgoo(Day 3). I will be adding another White Fire at the end of Dec. and an Afgoo in the middle of Jan. I have more clones that are younger and I can Veg them as long or as short as I want.

My grow is also very simple. I vegg longer to get bigger plants and so I can take clones. I vegg minnimum 5 weeks, although due to the schedule of the grow, some plants may only Vegg 2-3weeks. Most likely the next plant that enters the flower room. I am Vegging under a 600w MH conversion bulb. I hate it and am looking to buy a new 1000w ballast. They are only $100 new. Problem is I will have to buy an inline fan too. $120. I use a 2'6"w by 6'H tent to Vegg. And in a small place like that I will have to have good transfere of air. I have to say that grow should be very nice. Get that 1000 bro.

Is ur 1000 switchable?

Yeah the one im looking at is dimmable by 50% 75% or 100% obviously lol.. Im gonna be running perpetual to.. Once i get the intake, outake and the light.. Im gonna be putting four of the five Great White Shark ipnto flower, then im gonna take about 6-8 clones off of the 5th mother, and then flower those clones one month after i start flowering the four big ones.. Im gonna be keeping the Chemdawg and the Great White mother in a second closet.. .. Nd then hopefully after the second harvest on the 3rd month of my flower, probly in March, im gonna take 4 Chemdawgs and Four Great Whites and flower them.. And 3 of my 5 Chemdawgs have popped through there soil.. And all five popped from seeds.. So i got a pretty decent success rate so far.. Im hoping to be getting some Kosher Kush, Cataract Kush and Holy Grail Kush from DNA.. But we'll have to see how this grow goes.. It will be my first grow with HID lights, i grew CFL and failed pretty hardcore lol.. Buds were like Cotton balls, except not as dense lol.. Heres a p ic of the Chemdawgs that popped and a couple more of my GWS girls... Also guys i was wondering if its possible for a plant to be too bushy, im getting worried that there isnt enough light getting through the thick canopy.. But i was always told that you shouldnt remove fan leafs, at least in flower neway..What do you guys think???

Agreed.
You could stand to add some perlite to those little ones when you repot, and IDK if you plan to repot the larger ones, but if you do, there too.

Yeah i wasnt planning on repotting the big ones.. I want to throw them into flower once i get the lights and ventililation, which should be about the second week of January.. The stuff im worried about is height restrictions, I mean i hope the plants dont get so high that the light wont fit over them, they still have a month or so of growing before they flower.. And if theyre suppose to double in size in flower its gonna be pretty close..

.. Is there anything i can do to thin out the canopy?.. Should i pull some of the fan leaves off?.. Or is there a way to get better light penetration without having to pull leaves?

keep the leaves. everything will be fine. if you really think you need to do something about it, try to take the branches and tie them down to the pot.

this in spades.

i went though my, buy everything that sounds good phase. mixing all that nonsense each feeding was a pain.

i'm down to grow, flower and budding nutes now. the plants do great.
