@GemuGrows you know man, Curing was the worst for me, but now a days I kinda grown accustomed to this little technique:

- when it's time for harvest; chop my ladies and hang them upside down..on some basic string now during the winter season and early spring, (this harvest would probally be the cut off for this) I use my garage because it stays a really nice temp about 68 or so and the air flow it's really efficient. My garages it's pretty empty just some camping gear and a few collectible toy boxes so it holds no smell or anything...

I try to trim right when I chop my plants because it's the easiest to me to manicure and I see my dry time speed up atleast a week compared to leaving them on the whole stalk...

So in the time from hanging to complete harvest the plants have started to cure nicely and with all that extra material removed early it seems to work quiet nicely... From here

After a few days maybe a week depending on bud size... But I look for the stems to snap a bit maybe a little moister left and then I transfer to a brown paper bag, I prefer this before a jar because the paper absorbs the moister at a more consistent rate... Compared to "burping" jars... Again this is just my way...

And there isn't any specific data just me paying close attention to my changes and methods

@Javadog thanks man... Getting round two ready

Are they white little bugs flying around under the leaves?
A few weeks ago yea i notice white flies, so went and got some SNS soil drench, whats its number uhh.. 209 and then i didnt notice them flying anymore just the occasional gnat. now my plants have drop in vitality and the deficiencies are noticeable even more, leaves look as though they are being sucked dry in some spots.

So looking on the underside i noticed small clear and some are a bit more brownish larve of some sorts.. figured the SNS209 would help but i was going to result to the trust NEEM oil and make a spray... that seems to stop all insects in their tracks.

Looked like mite damage to me.

If they are not in flower then I would hit them with neem, then
spinosad, then neem, etc until they were clean.

In flower Hot Shot strips can help.

I benefit from a side effect of growing only popped beans, and so I have
never gotten a clone with "the borg" on it. I have seem mites but they were
a breed that I easily handled.

Sorry to hear of the difficulty bro. That bag looks nice! :0)

JD

P.S. In Veg, the nicotine analog insecticide is an alternative, if controversial. I used it once
for plants that were months from ever flowering. (imidacloprid)

hey thanks on the bag, the chocolate hash berry did well and I started to use Neem because that has always been the best deterrent. they are looking better my sour diesel i learned through this is pretty strong because it wasnt suffering nearly as bad as the other plants were. everyones getting back together it seems, it would suck to loose a mom form something like this...

cleaning and getting ready for the next go round

As I returned to my "ROOTS" (budabum!) set this 5x5 tent up with my grandmother. She was like that's a lot for one man, you do that a lot lol...

Gonna run 18 plants in my 4x8 in dirt old school.. Been a while since I've grown like this I'm excited to compare the hydro harvests, taste, smell..

When I grow in dirt it's like 5-10x stronger of smell..

Well we have "The White" & "GF Romulan"

Check back in a few

Oh yeah, they look like they are thriving Dom.

Soil is fun and forgiving too. I am sure that you will rock it as usual.

Ok, its been about a week and a half to two weeks and the girls are growing at a nice steady pace. Depending on how much they stretch this next coming weak ill decide whether or not ill flip them or give them some more veg time.

This past monday makes week two of vegetative growth officially.

Been doing some vegetable gardening and it has me thinking of growing a few ladies outside along with the veggies... i have a pretty big Grapefruit mom. that would do great outside. I was just wondering for better results should i leave her out for the 12hrs of sun then bring her in for a complete darkness, or just let her stay outside. ( my outdoor success has been slim) one reason im considering the in and out method ( yea that what i deemed it)

Pictures are in chronological order from my phone, so kinda uploaded what was appropriate. there are a few pics of the veggie garden w/ my mate, see why im always away for so long sometimes.

P.S. I really miss my hydro setup cant wait to get back to that....
