Here are some pics of my four plants the first one has been weird in the past but now it's the only one that looks normal. My other three all are rly droopy, the bottom new growth is yellow and they havent even sprouted real a stem, they're just little leaves. I recently started using the water from my basement sink in my Humidifier (not to water them I use bottled gallons of distilled water), and the build-up in the humidifier has gotten worse so I started using Lime-away to clean it. I scrub and rinse it before I fill it back up but could this be or become a problem for my plants?

Are you using the humidifier in the room with the plants? Either way do you know the relative humidity in there? If it's too high the plants can't transpire and they'll grow really slowly and droop.

Yellowing of the cotyledons is normal, yellowing of the lower leaves is a sign of some nutrient disorder.

The symptoms could also be signs of over-watering, do you have a moisture meter?

The humidifier is inside my greenhouse. The relative humidity is usually between 65%-75% but sometimes drops into the 50% range if I forget to add water. No I dont have a water meter I just let the dirt get dry to the touch then I water them, usually once every 3-4 days they get watered.

What fertilizers are you using? If you are using good nutes, then try adding a 1/2 tsp of Epson salt per gallon to your water as from your description it sounds like a magnesium deficiency or lock out however its hard to tell from your pictures. From your pictures, they look like it could be from lack of light, poor nutrition and bad PH.
