A little info on my grow so far
2 1000w lights
top feed drip with hydroton
Water for 30 mins every 4.5 hours when the lights are on Total 3 times during light hours

Nutes
sensi bloom nute base
Humboldt bushmaster
phed to 5.2-5.5
ppm around 450-500

Okay plants have been looking like that about 4th week into veg after really bad PH fluctuation (went from 5.2-7 overnight) which turned the outer leaves a little yellow due to poor nutrient intake. They are looking alot greener than they were before but I didnt think much of it So I switched the lights over to 12/12. They are 6 days into flowering as well.

Does it look like a bad thing? Should I be worried? My last couple grows I have never seen anything like this.

*plants are also a little droppier than normal cause i took the pics when they were their dark hours

Just wondering is this a problem

So you think its the bushmaster? Ive never used it before.

Whats the reason why they are looking like that?

Not familiar with your nutes but it looks like nitrogen and molybednum deficiencies, like you might get if you only used bloom nutes.

i was running veg nutes up until sunday when i did my first run of bloom nutes. the yellowing isnt a problem I know how to fix that and i know what cause it. its the growth that freaks me out. but like NEVEROUTGUNNED said it might be the humboldlt cause i saw his pics and they looked very similar.

You're not using any Mg and you're PH is unstable. Plus you shouldn't be using bush master right now. You should be using it when you see pre-flowers and only for a short period of 2 weeks. What PH up or down are you using?

So did your problems start when you made the switch? Maybe they didn't like the switch so much and they're missing their grow nutes (Nit, Molyb). A good way to ease them into flower is to do a transitional batch of nutes (grow/blooom). Or If you experience leaf problems as a result of switching you can foliar feed with the grow.

I saw on the back it was used for begining of flowering. Ive been a little short on cash so I havent been able to pick up my base nutes. I think im gonna give fox farm a try and go with big bloom and the tiger bloom.

Im using GH ph up and down. It seems like its not very strong i have to add about 5-7ml in order to get it where I need it when I start a new res. I got a quart of it so i plan on using it til its empty unless you have other suggestions?

it started about a week before the switch and right after I supplemented a 1/4 dose of the bushmaster. Im doing a res change tomorrow with some big bloom and we'll go from there. They are def getting greener tho they should be back to green in a few days

I use sulfuric acid for PH up and plain water for down. You can get it Kragen-Oreilly auto parts it's battery refill for like $8.99 and it will last a couple grows. I've tried different brands of PH until my friend who's been growing since the early 80's told me about it I haven't switched.

WTF? No way dude, ur trippin. 2 weeks of bushmaster? did u read the label? its says 3-7 days max, 2 weeks will probably Napalm the shit out of your plants. don"t take either of our words for it, ask around or ask your local hydro dude.

that's if you know how to use it.I have friends who use it I don't like it myself but to each it's own. Sounds like you have no clue on how to use it.

the manufacturer says 3-7 days on the label, every hydroponics store owner i spoke to suggest 3 days max at .5 per gallon, after 3 days at a lower than manufacturer recommended dose the plants start looking fried (not to mention the intended goal of stopping vertical growth is achieved), but since you have it figured out, enlighten us.

Well for starters when I said two weeks you apply 1 tsp per gallon feed once and wait 5-7 days and apply once more that means 2 weeks. Funny thing is I was just at my buddies hydro store today and read the bottle plus I have friends who use the stuff who has many times told me how to use it. I myself super crop my plants and they still 4-5' tall but 3-5' wide. I grow monsters and you've just been out gunned LOL.
