seriously, if you want a diagnosis you'll need at least to take a picture of your plant. 72-76º all the time??? (not having a temp drop at night will cause chlorosis). Do you foliar feed, could be that? Need to provide more info.

You posted a single pic of a fan leaf, no fertilizer info, no info wether its indoors or out, pot size, groworom size, if any... ventiation, etc. and expect a diagnosis, i told you what i thought. Learn some basic gardening skills, thats all it takes, its not hard.
