Ok i Just put my germinated seed in the pot which im growing indoors on aerogarden lights, when should i turn the lights on and how much water should i give it

if you have good soil, no water for the first week or you might drown the root. I was 24/0 light until flowering and things went ok for me.

I wouldn't advise not watering it for a week. You don't want to drown it, but that doesn't mean it doesn't need to be kept moist to take off. Definitely be light with the water, as in only a few tablespoons. Your seed should be planted around half an inch down, so it's not like it needs a soaking, just enough to keep the soil moist. If the soil dries out, the seedling won't dig that!
