Hi

I'm new to growing and i am having a hard time telling what the problem is

i've been feeding it dutch masters grow nutrients A+B, at about 1/2 strength of what the dutch masters website chart suggests, giving it the nutrients every other water.
plant has shown brownish drying spots twords the outside serrated edge of the lower fan leaves, not the tips of the leaves.
PH average of the water is roughly 6.5, under at 125w flourescent CFL Sun Blaster on an 18 / 6 lighting schedule, Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, effected area's have been pretty isolated, only a few leaves have been affected, would appreciate any kind of feedback i can get on this type of issue.

Thank you.

Chicken Pox.
Just kidding, looks like you got a couple problems going on there.
What is the formula for what you are feeding, and how long has this been going on, compared to how long you have been feeding?
How old are the plants?

dutch master A is 3-0-2 and B is 1-2-4 i been feeding it every other water, watering once every 4 days. started feeding the plant around 4 weeks old.
Plant is around 5-6 weeks old the problem has been around for like 6 days.

been left in the dark lol!!

i would flush a couple times with plain water at a ph between 6-7, in an attempt to raise the ph of the mud to between 6-7.

what ever you do adjust only 1 thing at a time and wait and see i know this is frustrating but its easy to make things worse.

rember soil is quite hard to grow in compaired to hydro as the mud holds onto things longer, plants grow slower and so it takes longer to see results!

it looks to me like the brown spots are cause by something in the dirt maybe, if a virus was present in the mud before you started you would not have known, however on the plus side IF growth is as fast as normal and she seems happy dont worry not every leaf has to be perfect and sometimes ignorance is bliss!! lol

im a hydro grower and have limited experience with mud and organics i find it extremely complicated to hydro and takes quite a skilled grower.

hope this helps!

6.3-6.8 is optimal range for your runoff. so make sure you keep an eye on it, adjusting your water as you go.
