basicly it goes something like this .
LST - low stress training : the point of this method is to expose more stem to the light so eventually ull get more alternate branches .
u can do this in a shit load of ways , google it , search in the forum (recommended) , but the basic way to do this , is to tie the plant
to something (that it will hold the counter weight) , and bend the plant a little more everyday , MAKE SURE NOT OVER BEND SO U WONT BREAK THE STEM .
like i said , this is no where close to a guide , but that is the basic principal .
so as a result , more alternate brance , more main colas exposed to the light .

topping : is to cut the top of the plant . and instead of the 1 main cola we had , u can get 2 (or more) main colas . (2 branches will pop out , instead of the 1 stem)
u can also do FIM which is an unclean cut , this was discovered by an accident by someone who tried to cut the top , but he didnt cut dip enough
and he get more than 2 branches popping out .

i wanna clerify that this is no where close to be a guide on how to do it .
i just trying to explaint to u what are those two methods .

Well whats the different between FIMing and Toping? sounds the same but im a noob lol
FIM and Topping , is basicly the same .
but with Topping u makre sure that only 2 branches will come out from the cut.
and FIM its 2 and possibly more branches will pop out from the cut.

i think also that topping is less stressfull to the plant . but that im not sure ..
