New grower, can’t figure out this issue

It’s my first grow and I’ve got a pretty good grasp of what to do and what I might expect. I’m growing Blue Kush and I am 24 days into my grow since I first started germinsting the seeds.
This past Sunday I noticed some discolouration in the new leaves growing in and that they were a bit misshapen, since then it has continued to blossom to the third node and beginning of the 4th but it has not effect my first true set of leaved. All new leaves have this almost lime colour to them and this rough almost wrinkly looking surface. No curling in the leaf or anything though.
I’ve just been giving them ph balanced water up until Wednesday night when I gave them there first dose of nutrients. I only gave it 25% Strength of the recommended dosage to start. I know I can increase but this way less chance of nutrient. I really haven’t noticed much changed since then and from my research and pictures I really just can’t figure out what the issue I’m dealing with is.
For those wondering I grow in a 3x3x6’ tent with a 600w led ( actual output 260w) ,inline fan for fresh air intake plus a fan to promote strong stem grow. My temp runs around 75-78 during the day and about 68-69 at nights, with a consist humidity of 30%. Pretty cold here in Canada currently, I know the temps aren’t optimal but are the best I can provide.

Any information from someone with experience w ith this problem would be greatly appreciated.

That soil already has organic fertilizer in it and says it feeds up to 3 months so there is no need to give that plant any fertilizer at this time. They don't say what's in that organic fertilizer so dumping more stuff on that plant could do more harm than good. I've had seedlings look like that from too hot of soil. I left them alone and they grew out of it once they got bigger. I'd just give them plain water for awhile. Also make sure you have that LED at a proper distance and not too close.

CalMag. 1/2 strength. Every other watering. No other nutes. Soil might be a little hot/acidic.
It will grow out of it. I've had worse starts.
Thanks for the advice, I’ll hold off on feeding and raise my light a little and see if I can drop the soil temp a little.

Going to raise the LED and see if that helps, thanks for the input
