New Grow Space to Configure

In about a month im moving and am going to be converting a cubby space into a grow room. I sold a friend my old supplies as it would have been to much work to transport them and as such will be doing this basicly from scratch. I kind of have an idea as to what i was planning, but figured I'ld let everyone here chime in before i get there. The dimensions are not exact as they're from memory but they should be close enough to get a basic plan down. Startup money is about $450-$550 for everything that im gonna need to get. Does anyone have any suggestions or opinions. Oh, and ambient temps in the adjoining room are appx. 70-80 during summer and 60-70 during the winter.

my first thought was to section of the 3 different areas. Have the five foot area as a veg room the six foot area as a flower room and use the middle area to house a carbon scrubber and some of the ventilation equipment that doesnt need to be in the actual grow rooms. Im hoping to get a 400w in each room and possibly do and aeromist system

This is the basic design I came up with. The 150W, smaller carbon filter, as well as the fan at the far end of the flower room will all be added after the original construction. There will be additional CO2 supplementation and eventually I may get a small A/C unit if the heat is any problem. The lights will be 6" cooltubes and almost all the exhaust will be the same except for the primary carbon scrubber. The walls are currently flat white, but I'm considering changing that to mylar, not sure yet though. The small fans are 160 CFM each and The larger one into the carbon scrubber is 250CFM. Does anyone see any flaws with the design. An yes I know the 400Ws will be tough to keep cool in that space.Oh and the scrubbers are gonna be DIY designs, not sure if that makes much of a difference as thats all ive used, but I've never had anything of enough size or smell to warrant an actual one. My budget has also grown but I'm still not trying to break the bank setting this up. Any suggestions or comments appreciated.

No comments? should i assume that a 400W will work in that space? this is gonna be my first go with HID as opposed to CFL. just lookin for some input before i start spending the money to build this.
