Hi guys and thanks for taking the time to read this, i really need some help in determining exactly what i would like to do w/ my grow...i plan on buying 275 ibc totes ( http://compare.ebay.com/like/120604251402?var=lv<yp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&_lwgsi=y ) cutting the top off of them, making a plexiglass ( or some other material if anyone had a better idea ) top, drilling 4 or 5 inch holes in diameter and using netpots w/ just rockwool cubes or maybe some other medium (depending on what recommendations i get) and putting about 25 plants in these chambers w/ a LED light.... also i was thinking about getting a second 50 gallon tote ( http://www.thetoolworkshop.com/rubbermaid50galjumbostoragetote2550cpcylnd.aspx ) and using this as a reservoir, a submersable pump, ( http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=submersible+pump&hl=en&safe=off&prmd=ivnsr&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&biw=1042&bih=823&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=7746747894634133078&sa=X&ei=dqskTujQBofiiAKxp932CQ&ved=0CJkBEPMCMAQ# ) hooking it up to a PVC pipe grid that i mount about halfway up the 275 gallon tote on the inside, (i was thinking an outter square in PVC pipe w/ 2 limbs going across the middle of the square, so a square w/ 2 bars in the middle of it)

then drilling a bunch of holes on the top of the pvc pipe grid and putting in some really FINE misters ( http://cgi.ebay.com/25-EZ-Clone-360-Degree-Mister-Spray-Jet-Head-Sprinkle-/130545276551 ) to spray the roots in the chamber w/ a fine mist of nutrient water solution.. now that you know what kind of setup im trying to use, here come the real questions.... once again, i appreciate your time and recommendations for I really need some help, i've done countless hours of research and i just cant find all my answers....
1) should i do 25 plants? would 20 or 15 even be more beneficial? im just trying to produce as much as i can out of the chambers... maybe 5 inch holes and only 20 plants, vs 4 inch holes and 25 plants.... also, i plan on cloning obviously... but how big should my clones be before i transfer them into my setup for maximum yield... 6 inches i was thinking?
2) nutrients.. nutrients... nutrients.. what nutrients should i use and at what stages, what PPM (part per million), PH, ect... this is basically where i need most of the help b/c i have no idea how much nutrients to use at ea stage of plant life.... also what should my PPM and PH be at each stage of plant life.... ect ect... any input here would be greatly appreciated for this is the information that i can not find anywhere....
3) was also thinking about getting a 600 watt led light for my 275 gallon tote, http://www.growledhydro.com/ , just because irish boys thread, he says they are good quality LED lights..... are there any other lights that would match this quality? the 275 gallon totes are approx 40inch wide x 48inch deep x 46inch tall and the core saturation of the 600 watt led light on growledhydro.com is a 5.5' x 4.5' coverage area and 5' x 3.5' core saturation.. so it would be pretty much PERFECT for my setup... but just wondering if there are better recommendations, maybe different types of lights... or anything..... also, how high/far away from the top of the plants should my lights be at all times? one more thing about lighting, when should i switch from 18 hours on 6 off, to 12 on 12 off
4) growing medium, should i just use rockwool cubes in the net pots, should i get some sort of those growing beans? (forgot the real name of them) just def not using soil.....
5) watering.. how often should i water? i was reading somewhere where they were recommending 3 hours on 1 hour off.. is this a good idea? are there any better, more efficient ways of watering my plants??
