new grow room design

hi im looking to build a new grow room out of 2x2's or smaller to support a 600 w growlight with dimensions of 4'x4'x5'. I want to be able to disassemble it for when I dotn grow so that I can stack the wood in a corner somewhere un suspiciously . I only grow for 2 months at a time and need very little weed to support myself so I use a 12/12 from seed method with feminized seeds iv created. the structure will be covered with white plastic sheeting on the inside to seal light an eventually I would like to make I airtight so when I introduce and exhaust and intake fan it will pull co2 dense air from the ground up through the leaves.

im thinking abut using wooden dowels to connect everything for easy disassembly with Velcro on the insides an the sheeting to attach the sheeting.

basically what I want to know is how can I improve on this setup is there an alternative to dowel rods and velcro? maybe magnets?

also heni ype on roll t up it theltters im yping get removed asim typingand it look like this<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< help!!

would it be more easy to buy a tent off ebay for 100 bucks ? will be a real bitch to get that homemade room pitch dark.

They sell tents which does exactly what her asking.

But more off, I want to know how you only grow for 2 months

100$ for 4x4x5? no freakin way. doesn't have to be pitch dark and I can use panda film to achieve that. the cost of the wood I bought is 22 cents a foot x 52 feet= 11$

why would I order that online for 10 times the amount and risk raising suspicion when I can build the whole thing for under 15$?

12/12 from seed. a little more than 2 months. use smaller planters for a sea of green. the plants are stuffed in there but I have good ventilation, various pest removal systems( inverted 2 liter trap filled with vinegar, screens on all entrance doors, etc) co2 is at 1200 ppm which is optimal(another threadaltogether)

With a 12/12 from seed it would be more like 3 months not 2. The plants still take time before they start to flower which could range depending on strain.

Even with 12/12 from seed and co2, 2 months seems about 2 months too short, but personally have never grown 12/12 from seed

plant maturity depends on the strain I use blueberry seeds every grow I harvest after mostly cloudy trichs. it takes early to finish whenever I grow never been 3 months. and honestly my original query was related to grow room design not space/time grow length.

Dude even though a tent would be a 1000% easier, if you really want to build something, I am thinking something like 3/4" conduit. Light and sturdy and could use elbows to tie it all together.
My best suggestion, smoke a fat ass blunt, and then go into Lowes and look around, you would be amazed at the things I have used to build other things

im sorry I was a little vague. I have the 2x2's already im looking to attach them to eachother in a way that they could be disassembled ie dowel rods, magnets etc. and the sheeting wont lay flush on conduit like it would on a 2x2 I wont get a good seal on conduit.

if i were you i'd go for the tent i got mine (4x4x~6.5) for $250 i got a "growlab" since they're shorter and will fit in a low ceiling environment. i've had it a long time and like it and been changing my grow to fit the tent. i made a similar contraption and wish i had just gone with the tent sooner. now i have about $200 worth of extra wood laying around

If you have the time and tools to building yourself a tent go for it. I would use 2x3's min and just screw them together. 2x2's are hard to screw together unless you pre drill everything, even then they can split.
By time you buy wood, panda film, screws, staples, hooks, loops, chain, tape, velco, etc I bet your well over $15

panda film... maybe hooks screws Velcro came out to 13$, panda film will be under 30 for a grand total of 58$ still better than those 200$ grow tents
