Well I just set up my new grow in my closet and just wanted to get some opinions from people. I'm growing in soil mixed with id say 1/4 of perlite. I germinated a few bag seeds and some Headband bag seeds. For some strange reason the Headband seeds havnt cracked yet and the midgrade bag seeds were more then ready. I threw em under the light and am hoping they're gonna make it. I'm running a 400w HPS on 18/6 lighting till I replace my 250w MH bulb in a week or so. I started with miracle grow soil that feeds up to 3 months till I transplant to some bigger pots where i'll get some better nutrients. I got mylar and a better oscillating fan coming as well as the mh bulb. I checked the ph of the runoff of my tap water in the soil and its 4.4 so am adding a small amount of dolomite lime and checking the run off till i can get it at a good level. I'm hoping to have at least 4 solid girls at 2.5-3 feet. Any ideas on the yield I might expect?

give them a little time bro I had the same problem just a few days ago. 2 bag seeds I planted in rockwool in my dwc setup sprouted fast and now look great while the 10 seeds my friend paid for "Red Hair Skunk #1" hadn't yet and they were in the same system. but now they have just shot up sprouts out of the rockwool so give them a few extra days and water em.

To share with you my problems in my first grow was using potting soil with that time release ferts caused me a lot of problems,ie overferting nute lockout leaf burn so this time my soil mix organic and organic ferts and things are going alot better. It is hard to overfert with organic fertilizers.great for me as I have a tendency to care to much for them sometimes and overdo things.Good Luck in your grow and have fun .Showgirl

Finally some input, thanks showgirl. Ima take that into deep consideration. After first transplant I'm gonna get some different soil without a nute mix already in it. I also tend to over do it with my girls. Thanks a bunch!
