New Girl, Opening My Dispensary Next Year

Hey guyssssss. Im Nicole. I currently live in Miami and LA but grew up in Colorado (cannabis cap of the world right now babyy) Im a bikini model and fellow marijuana LOVER. I make a decent amount of money and my goal is to open a dispensary by next Aug. I would love to know more about the laws and ect.. and would love to share my journey with youuuuu

La is pretty saturated. not sure the laws in FL but i would shoot for there

Yes in Cali there is alot of compitition with clinics there's one on every corner.were do you plan on opening one?Also I think that's sick a model and she's opening a clinic NICE..Good luck.

i'm pretty sure florida has some of the most strict laws in the nation, next to oklahoma.

opening in cali isn't false hope, if you need someone in cali with good product i would be happy to provide.

Hey thanks for the response No im not planning on opening here in FL, I was thinking San Diego or Colorado. Money is not an issue so I was thinking maybe by the end of Aug 2011 ill have everything I need legally and finically to open it..

I'm in San Diego, good luck, weedmaps.com is like a freckled face with herpes, we have dispensaries everywhere and if you plan to do it later next year you'll probably be too late... Good luck with your venture, just trying to give you an honest opinion...

You have to be more specific (as in saying what city/community you want to do this) because it changes even from city to city. Some areas are very conservative and even though state law makes provision the cities put out moratoriums which can prevent you from operating in the city. You may want to see where other centers are currently at and that may have you a good idea of which cities are more lenient than others.
