new fixture idea

i got really high today and was thinking about new light idead and i maybe have figured out one.

i havent decided if i want it to be 2 ft or 4ft but the frame would be made from pvc pipe and either ill zip tie power strips or i will put actual sockets drilled into the pvc. and im planning on t8s maybe for side lighting.

heres a cheapish setup i made. kinda sounds like what you are talking about.

6" duct vent that has the cut down the middle. bent open .ziptied 2 power strips inside and then add your bulbs and chains or rope.
