New CFL grower problem

hello! I'm brand new to the world of growing, I just started my first CFL grow in an 30x18x36in grow tent with four 40w CFL bulbs on my plant and a fan lightly blowing on the plant. Stays a consistent 85-87 degrees at plant level and around 50-60% humidity. I'm almost three weeks into the grow and the plant seems to be growing strangley. The fan leaves are growing in odd directions and twisting? And the top leaves are starting to droop at the ends. Any idea what could be going on?

Ps I know the temp in picture says 91, I put a fan on the plant and it lowered the temp.

You mentioned a fan blowing on the plants ... what about tent ventilation? Are you bringing in enough fresh air?

Wind or heat stress it looks like.. good circulation with cfls they can be as close as 12 inches to the plant.. also if its possible at all you want to turn them on there side to get the best lighting out of them.. having them hanging straight down gives off more heat at the tip of the bulb..

I open the tent a couple times a day to get fresh air, I don't know how to hook up an exhaust with just cfl lights so that's the best I can get. I always keep the tent cracked open to try to get fresh air in.

That's not really going to cut it. You need to have new air moving through the tent ... you're not going to create a closed environment with CO2 in a tent that size. In addition, it will resolve your temperature issues.
Your tent should have a number of openings that you can use to exhaust stale air and let fresh air in. You could probably get away with an inexpensive 4" or 6" inline fan from Home Depot but you'll probably want something with a carbon filter once they get a bit more aromatic.
