NEW cfl grow

Here ya guys go! Heres another update for ya just 34 days into flowering. They are getting thicker and thicker each day. Im still feeding her about 2tsp molasses, 2tsp bone meal, per 1 liter h2o2 every other day. I let ya in on my secret with the pics. Mind my mess with the molasses, that shit is messy. This growin stuff is gettin pretty fun, I think I just found me a new hobby!! But anyway feel free to comment, reply below!! Once again thanks to EVERYONE at RIU!!

Are you still using the insecticide?.. If you do.. just don't get any on the buds them selfs... if you have bugs on the buds.. just squirt them off with a water bottle.. bot don't spray any insecticides on them... not even neem oil

RUT ROW!! I kinda sprayed a lil of the insecticide on the buds. But not a lot. What will it do? I mean the stuff is good for all sorts of veggies, when my lights come on tonight Im going to give the buds a good rinsing with some H2o2 to hopefully clean them off?

Anyone have any light to share about the insecticide I sprayed on the plant?

I'm sure it's ok to spray the plant... but you don't want to chance smoking any residue that may stay on your buds.... If you got some on your buds... i would give them a good rinsing with water.... You could mix a light H2O2 mix.. that should be fine too.... but make it a very light mix.... I hate bugs... I havn't had any.. and hope I don't.. a friend got into his closet grow.. and it was a paint trying to keep them under control.

wats molasses foar?

Molasses is used to help the buds swell, and fatten up, and make them a little more resiny.

kool how much should one use?

I started molasses about 1 week into flowering and only used about 1tsp per 1 liter of h2o2, I have since increased it up to 2tsp/1liter h2o2. And I will continue with that mixture until about 2 weeks before I harvest. Thanks!

Ok made a new box constructed of 7/16" osb plywood. Measurements are 30" wide, 36" tall, 20" deep. I have all the same lights 3 fans and an 6" inline duct fan rated at 250 cfm. This is in a closet now, and am having CRAZY heat 95 degree+!! And I have a DIY cabon filter on the end of the duct fan and am still having crazy smell issues aswell. Any advice???!!!

where is the outtake fan mounted?

Ontop of the box, I had an intake on my previous box and none on this too....

Ya I have built a DIY carbon filter, one similar to yours WOLFMAN, but a lil larger scale. I dont know if its the smell seeping through anywhere else?? But I do know once I get the heat down a lot the smell will difuse some, ya know like how it smells more the hotter and muggier it is??

MAN, I gotta do something about this heat!! The temp this morning was 110 degrees!!! I plan on running my exhaust through the attic. This is my plan tell me guys/gals where I should put my carbon filter.

box/exhaust-duct through the attic-duct straight to outside attic vents

Should I put my carbon filter RIGHT before the outside attic vent, OR right on the box like it is now, then all the ducting through to the attic, then out the attic vent?? Please help me!! LOL

If I put it at the end of all the ducting, but RIGHT before the outside attic vent, then everytime I need to change out the filters Ill have to climb in the attic. Or I can put the filter in the middle of all the duct too I guess. Like right above my access panel to the attic. I just dont know if my exhaust fan is strong enough to still push out all the air, past the filter? It is a 250cfm. I also plan on installing an intake atm also.

well I decided to run it with the carbon filter at the end of the entire 25' of duct. Will that 250cfm duct inline push that enough to cool it? Also I installed an intake down low. There still is not A LOT of fresh air entering the closet itself inwhich the grow box is in, I mean it is after all a stealth/closet grow. Here are some pics, shhhhhh...

No one has any clue how to help reduce the heat, or any comments about the duct work??

Well I for one like the duct work =]

As for were to put the filter... it really doesn't matter it will still give you restriction no matter were you put it... so pic a place that you can quickly get to it if need be.

You may need a bigger/stronger exhaust fan to get those temps down... that, and a fresher source of intake air... I don't know how much change you want to do to your closet, but the best source of nice cool air is from under the house... if you can put a hole in the floor of the closet and duct it into your grow cab.. that would be great!!.. you could allways put in a vent in the hole if need be.
