Hey, Grats on the CFL grow. I'm in the process of vegg'ing under CFLs. Just wanted ya to let ya know that Home Depot carries a 68watt 300watt equivalent 2700K puts out 4200 lumes all for $14.95. There made by TCP and come in a green and white box. I've picked up a few for flowering but Im still a ways off from that stage. Has anyone used these bulbs for flowering? Good luck on your grow

If you have time, send me a PM letting me know your personal opinions on your bud and it's quality in details. I have a new grow under way, I've upgraded to 400w hps. Price was very right, and is now actually drawing less energy than all the CFL's put together.

SHIT BROTHA!!! Great minds think alike. We both went 400 w's Hps....after highly sucessful CFL grows?. This hobby is turning into an obsession for me i think. Sometime I'll have to discuss with you a spider mite problem i had thanks to a friends Infested Clone donation to my grow....DAMMIT!!!! However, it's experience under the belt. I took microscope videos and pictures of what they do and how they do it, and have been working hard to eradicate them. I cannot wait to start this new journal, cuz I got pics ppl will be dying to see man.

I hear ya on the mites. I'll be gawd damned if I didnt have termites!!! Dude, a friend of mine is a pest control specialist (he's been doin it fer 12 yrs., + he studied bugs and shit fer electives in college), and he told me they were 100% termites! Damnest thing, he said, they would come to the plants cause the place is so infested, then they would eat a lil, lay eggs, those wud do the same. He said no matter wat I'm gonna continue to have the prob unless I seal off where everything surrounding my grow area is! Fack that! I'm fixin to bomb the area b4, then remove the plants and assembly right wen I go into flower, bomb again, then start flower, while using organic methods to fight off bad bugs!

my friend told me about using
1L of water
Sliver of sope
1 small peace of garlic (crushed)
put togeter then shake well , spray your plant then use some of the mixture on your fingers and rub each leaf and the stems then rince off

nice set up mani finally got my camera! So i took a pic of my light set up ( i could take better pics of that for people who haven't seen lights) i am also putting up pics of the girls. Please feel free to tell me what you think. They have all been on flower for 5 days now. In those five days the amount of growth has continued to amaze me.
in the pics, the girl in the 5 gal water bottle, as well as the two in the brown pots are purple urkel (they were veggin for a while.) the other 5 were vegging for 2 weeks and i can't remember what they are (i know they are puple somethin)
