new cabinet lighting ideas

i currently have 3 - 2'x3' foot rooms. if i take everything out i can make a 7 1/2 x 5 1/2 foot room, whick is my plan. ( 43 sq ft )

i'm using 3 x 400 hps ( 400 watt hps per room )

i also have a 1000 hps.

for the new room, would it be better too use the 3 x 400 hps or use the 1000 hps.

can you use all of them?

would love to use them all, but hydro wouldn't think too kindly about that. hate too take that chance.
been running 3- 400 watts for atleast 10 years though.
would like some more ideas though on the lights. best coverage, etc...
