Quantum ?? Those are t5's the hydrofarm fixtures ?
No, these are new generation LED lights, made by my buddies here on RIU. They're amazingly cool, efficient and powerful. Best of all, they're even relatively inexpensive compared to other LED.

They're the best LED I've ever tested.

6 weeks from seedlings-White Widow Auto fems- Who says you can't get by with cheap LED? 2 Viperspectre 300 wt.($86ea.) + 4 -24Wt. side LED($14.99ea.) Next grow will be in big tent with 2 600wt.HID(MH/HPS) Did not anticipate the size of these Autos- should have gone with 2 instead of 4 LOL. These girls are drinking 2 gal. per day! Lugging lots of water from upstairs( can't wait for outside hose to thaw out.

I discovered today is day 14 of my baby's life, I had my days wrong~ blonde moment. I saw roots coming out of her cup, so I bit the bullet and replanted her into a 2 gallon. Filled the bottom 1/3 with kind/super soil, and filled to the top with roots organics and a little ancient forest. She seems to be doing OK so far, I hope I did it correctly! I got a WHIFF of her little aroma for the first time today while replanting her, what a rush! Oh yeah, my cat helped. Should I up the lights from (2) 42w CFL'S? Should I add Mars Hydro LED?

Nice looking ,Mom- Might suggest going to bigger bucket to avoid getting rootbound(gal.5 Black) Check HTG in Shrewsbury for Hempy pots or 5gal.buckets with lots of drainage. The roots these girls produce is astounding and the more room, the better(put their energy into growing ,instead of chasing O2. Give them a week to get over transplant shock.

Yeah, I'm getting ready to xplant from solo cups into 5 gallon fabric pots. figure why stress them twice.

I've heard the skul of thought that you should go in smaller increments, but like the simplicity of one jump as opposed to 2.

Your (Mom's) plants look almost the same as mine, and mine are a week older. Could just be the strain, or the media (I'm using jiffy starting blend with no added nutes), or both. But I'm good with slow and steady. And that smell is to die for.......

I just put her in the 2 gallon, but I have a 5 gallon fabric smart pot here. Im going to have to do the jump to a 5 now that I put her in the 2....should i just leave her where she is and wait, or would the stress be better now ( in about a week) than later?

Rule of thumb I think makes sense ... at least for soil ... triple your size for each transplant. Going from a 1 to a 2 buys you very little and you'll have to transplant again fairly quickly. 1 to a 3 works better. Again, 3 to a 5 when there are still 4 - 6 weeks of flower growth to go doesn't really give you that much extra space. 3 to a 10 in most of our environments just doesn't work very well (and costs a fortune in media) but 3 to a 7 should yield really good results.
Doesn't mean a 5 won't work for you and it also depends on your growing style ... SOG vs larger plants.
.... or so I've been told :)

I'm just hoping to finish this grow and gift my buds before the legislature makes it illegal. There is no way I can grow and stay under 2 oz. I would be illegal before I harvested, and certainly at harvest just from flower weight wet. And that would be even if I cut everything but 1 plant.

I'll have no choice but to fold the tent until we can kick the b'tards out.

I wouldn't blast it with light just yet give it a couple days and when u do turn the leds on start them of high so the plants can get use to it and look out for stretching or stress.... stay with the 2 gal pot for now unless u growing autos up potting gradually is good I do it with great success.. and thanks for the tip just got them in the mail 2day..

well, I went from a 4" tiny planter to a 2 gallon, so that's good. Then going to a 5 gallon smart pot, but not sure when i'm supposed to do that~ right before flower? scrog is a little much for me, but I bought supplies to at lease LST her down a little. Now that I have a White Widow friend germinating I might have less room than I thought, but oh well :-) Amazon rejected my card for the camera microscope, WTF?......Probably have maxed it with all this grow stuff I bought, LMAO. good thing I have no husband I have to explain too!
