600 watt HID light.
6x9 room adequate vents
Already identified female plants
Plan is to clone, I want to find a system that is good and efficent.
Any Help is Appreciated.

The most efficient system is DWC, the easiest is ebb and flow or drain to waste (hempy buckets specifically)
I was leaning towards ebb and flow simple design and heard of good results. DWC is solo plants with their own buckets correct?

DWC for big plants, ebb and flow for smaller sea of green type plants. I like ebb and flow but I also like big plants so DWC for me.

I would go with ebb and flow or top feed drip. The top drip you could either dtw or recirc, depending on what medium you choose to use. Flood tables allow you to switch back and forth from one to the other. The drip system would require less use of water but ebb and flow is about as easy as it gets. Go pick up some flood tables.

Flood and drain. Recirculating

Im most likely doing the Flood and Drain Ebb and Flow Method, what size pots do u recommend? Also which growing medium is best for this method i was going to use expanding clay and rockwool cubes, or is there something more efficent

Rockwall us an easy thing to start your seedlings in, as far as pot size that is up to how big you want your plants to be

Simple bubbler DWC. Just like the good doctor is doing above. Sterilite reservoirs a la Wally World. Dark ones only! They must be light occlusive for the roots.

Just buy the Titan flo and gro setup. It's plug and play

Cloning and making a SOG, I would go flood and drain or lp aeroponic. DWC is not a great choice here.

You can just use large rockwool cubes, or a combination of rockwool cubes with hydroton balls, no pots necessary.

how long or how tall should you wait till you take clones for the SOG method? Im going with a flood and drain that im building next week just want to take a good amount of clones from this mother plant i have

I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but you transplant the clones after a solid rood zone has been established and you veg the clones as long as you'd like to - height of the plants is limited to your growing space and/or what you're going after with your grow.

If I am running from seed, I soak a small rockwool cube in distilled water for about 20 mins, squeeze it out so it is damp and put the seed in. I brush some of the rockwool over the seed and 90% of the time I get a seeding within 2-3 days.

Once the tap root sprouts out of the bottom of the rockwool cube I put it in a 4 x4 rockwool cube soaked in 1/8th strength of my veg formula. Within 3-4 days when the root breaks out the bottom of the cube I put it in a net pot and a 3 gallon black bucket with one medium airstone in it. It is very important to keep the fluid level about 1/2 inch under the bottom of the net pot. Once the roots hit the fluid it takes off. In about 2 weeks I transfer the net pot to a 5gallon bucket to finish vegging. When I move to flower I use the same idea but with 3 airstones and an 18gal black tub from Wallyworld.

With clones, I use a common sprayer then transfer to a small net pot and 2 inch foam disc. I use a small bubbler (is what I call it). Basically a 4x12x4 inch tub wrapped in reflective tape. I can put 6 net cups in each one and 2 airstones. Once the plant is split, recovered and about 9 inches tall I transfer to the same 3 gal black bucket and large net pot. I use ph balanced stones to just suspend the plant. Then continue with the same method mentioned above.

Yes it is a lot of work, most good things are. Yes there are methods that would help save time, recirculating, etc. I enjoy doing the work, it IS my work. It is what works for me.

Peace.

I just bought this system this will be the first time using HIDs and DWC. Any tips ?

Definitely. For ease of use, I'd go with coco in well drained pots and run drain to waste.

Jacks hydroponic nutrients, such as citrus blend or 20-20-20. Stupid cheap compared to water bottles at the hydro store.

Buy a top quality pH and EC/temp meter. I got a Bluelab combo meter and I wouldn't trade it for anything from Hanna, lol.

Buy 315W CMH kits unless you're already stuck with whatever lighting you have.
