Hmmm, you raise a very good point Las. Room is my only concern, my tent is only 80x80x160. would love to get a DR120, no space though :(

The question that I've been thinking about, do I use a HPS bulb to get the most of the autos and veg the others using a HPS or use a MH for better vegging on the TW/OG but not as much red spectrum for the autos. Ahhh the trials and tribulations....

Hi Mate,
I have some pictures here for you of my last Super Lemon Haze which I told you was stressed to the HILT, in many ways. I had her growing in the small phototron with SNOW WHITE. This presented a cramped space as you can imagine.
Being an ignorant newbie and maniupulated by the Phototon directions and products, I was giving her too much light, bad nutrients and too much pruning. I basically almost killled her but I managed to get on the right track. I began growning her in Feb and didnt havest till June! Snow white was done about 3 weeks before her. I chopped her out and then gave the SLH all the space, which helped.
So the pictures here are after I removed the Snow white plant. :leaf:plant 22.jpgplant 5.jpgplant 6.jpg

Flippin heck amber, even though you nearly killed her she was pretty big! That is just over an oz? Looks like more. I had honestly never even heard of a phototron until I found your thread. Must of been a US thing. You've given me hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel :D

ps lol at your junkie parrot

They haven't finished yet, just over half way flowering I reckon. I am hoping for 3 oz off them both but I think that is a little ambitious, we will have to see.

ph pen arrived today. The damage is already done but at least I should be able to dial it in towards the end. Temperature is the only issue now.

 My old lovebird, Pickle, has to medicate like me. He is very old and has arthritis.:-(
He is one happy bird on harvest day.
When I was looking to start growing I was researching and came across the ad for the phototron in High Times mag. I was skeptical but it had everything in one unit, so I went for it. It does the job, nothing big but enough for personal supply.
I think that harvest was like 1.5 ounces or a little more.. I was shocked I got anything at all... The phototron supplier is in southern california.
Post some pix soon.. Later.... Amber:leaf:

Haha, would love to see a bird get stoned. My mate has a really obnoxious parrot, always wanted to get it high!

I measured the ph of the mixture I have been feeding and it was 7.8 ... lol, its amazing they've even survived this long. Can't wait to start fresh, but also can't wait to smoke some of this bud.

Hey, no worries, this is when most of the change happens anyway isn't it, figure I need regular updates. Probably 12 weeks? I've seen some people go 10 but these have been stunted, slapped around, had a ph of about 7.5-7.8 for the most part so they will probably take a lot longer to finish.

Yeh started them on molasses on the last feeding. The SLH seems to have produced a bit more in the last couple of days, more than the strawberry haze that's for sure.

Hi Wow, looks like I have run into some Nute Burn with my SLH. I guess she is a lite feeder. It dosent take much to screw things up with theses sensitive plants. Now it looks like Im going to have to wait longer to harvest as well.......
Post some more pictures soon.. Im looking foward to seeing your plants bud big ..and I know they will get fat.

That's funny you should mention it, my SLH is a much heavier feeder than the ASH, but sativas are usually lighter feeders anyway, I have no indica comparison. I'm sure it won't of set her back too much.

Went in there for a feed before the lights came on and snapped a few pictures on a crappy little digital camera. Most of them came out blurry but I this one shows the SLH frosting up quite nicely.

I pulled back some of the veg to have a look at the stem and one of the colas looks to be about 10 inches long, look like they're starting to put on a bit of weight though so I am cheering up. I'll put up a proper 8 week update on tuesday with the SLR :D:leaf:
