Still vegging, but are now needing to be feed. The tallest is has only gained an inch, but just stacked @ 43". I am starting to think I got 2 different strains, since a couple have huge sun leaves. It still might take another week before I am ready, since I didn't quite fill the fence last time.

2 or 3 more days of vegging and it's time to flip. I got the lights spread out and more light at the bottom to get those branches a bit bigger. I also took off a bucket full of leaves. I don't think they will all be vertical, since I haven't even stretched them out yet and they already cover the entire wall. The 2 in flower are also looking good.

Just got back from friend testing a couple lights. 4 COB's @ 250w each replacing 2 1000ws in what was a 9000 watt room. It really looks like 500w per thousand held it's own. Fat and dense, with buds falling over on some. Front center and middle LED and everything else HPS.

are they under driven higher wattage ones..like flip chips

Nominal is, I think, around 170w on the CLU058 3618. They should be running at about 43% efficacy.

@Alex Lau I will be getting some HLG320s this week. We should be able to get thermal testing soon. This is the only one I have at the moment. 600w heat sink on top.

My HLG 320 1400s and 2800s are in, but I doubt I will have time to play with them until this weekend. I will get a better picture up later. I don't have any on my phone.

so he is running 170w x 4 to attempt to replace 2 kw hps??

No, 4 @ 250 watts per COB. That should be 43%. They are on a 320w heat sink.

good one.. using hlg 240 B and the extra watts normally used for dimming to get 250 w?

@OLD MOTHER SATIVA That's right. The HLG240H-C2100B when warm pulls 248 watts with the dimmer wires open. With the dimmer on high it drops to about 225 watts. Just to see if they would work, I put 2 COBs in parallel on the same driver and total wattage maxed out around 220 watts, but worked just fine. This tent is at my friends store and it is in a 5'x5' gorilla. Peppers are loving it. My run is getting huge. They are 4' and I still haven't flipped yet. Tomorrow, I keep telling myself tomorrow

i vegged as many plants as that under one 210 cree 3590 bar..to over 4 ft..not optimal for uber growth but pretty darn good for

a holding pattern..

Yeah, I have way to much power vegging right now, I think 1100 watts. I an lowering my trays down as low as I can go right now and should have them tied up by tonight.

Room is redone and ready to start 12/12 tomorrow. 6 plants are tied to the fence and the other 6 are going to get netted. The wall starts out with high CRI and works its way down to 4000k 70 CRI. Nothing scientific just some older Lunas I am still running. The top row is running @ 160 watts each and the front is only 50 w each on 5 COBs. The far left top are 2COBs at 250 watts each for now. The other 6 footers are covering a 5'x5' area with 2 CLU058s @ 250 watts each.
