Never order from The Attitude again

They are a good one to stay away from, their birthday promo set them back a few months

Ditto for me. I sent them an e-mail about my dissatisfaction. They said they would make it right on my next order.

My reply was, "Fool me once, won't get fooled again!" :)

They replied that there were too many mistakes with the birthday promo to correct everyone's order that was mixed up.

...yet they want me to send them more money.

It's really too bad as I was stoked about their selection.

All 3 Nirvana orders were here within 10 days. I had 2 that didn't germ on my first order. They sent me another 5 pack with a handwritten note included apologizing, even though it well could have been my fault.

I love Nirvana. They may not have the bombdiggity beans but it's perfectly fine for me. The two Nirvana strains that are growing right now are making me extremely happy.

I really don't like these post come on people grow up things happen have to ever been to a fast food drive thru and not got some thing you ordered or the wrong order? Have you ever been in a fender bender? Have you ever had some thing happen too you at one point in time that wasn't what you wanted ? Guess what things happen it's called life and mistakes they happen also I bet you think it's attitudes fault for this not the royal postal service or customs, or or maybe the US postal service? There's a lot of hands your package goes thru before you get it. Don't trash a seed company for trying to help all of us. They even go as far as to replace them even if it's not there fault. Maybe you should blame rollitup site for this it's there sponsor after all or would that just be crazy talk?

their birthday promo seems to have been a little too ambitious, like they didnt pay attention to their inventory. personally i had no issues with delivery i thought the ship time was still satisfactory. hopefully they learn from what happened to ppl with the birthday promo tho.

Attitude treats customers from the USA the way they want. And, no matter what some say, they don't fix every "mistake". How can u blame the postal service for Attitude getting the order wrong, and refusing to fix it? Crushed, not Attitude's fault, I understand that.
No matter what seedbank you ask about, there are going to be some people who like 'em and some who don't. Just the nature of business. I've heard good and bad things about Nirvana, but I've never had any problems with them. I've also heard good and bad about Attitude, but I did have probs they refused to fix, so, I do the only thing I can about it. I order elsewhere! But, I'm not trashing anyone for ordering from Attitude. I won't trash anybody for being pissed about getting ripped off either.

this is why I have shortened my personal seed-bank list.. which is the list of breeders/banks that I will use.

My list is shorter than it was when I first started it... that's for sure. I use to have around 5 breeders that I would use.. but 70% of those have become nothing but trash and unreliable.

So, my list now contains only two breeders/banks.. that I use.

1. Nirvana - used them for 3 years now.. and I have not ONCE had a single problem with any of my orders. Except for one.. which wasn't Nirvana's fault... it was the carriers fault. They were VERY rough with my package.. therefore causing some of the seeds to get smashed. But even then... Nirvana took care of me.. even though it wasn't their fault.. they still were loyal enough to take responsibility for what happened.. and sent me replacement seeds for what happened. I've been a customer ever since then.

2. TGA - Never had any problems ordering from them either. They're a great breeder/bank IMO.

Those are the only two breeders that I have left on my list. These are the only two banks that I personally, will trust with my money and my order(s).

anyhow, thats' my 2cents worth.

peace.
