never had these colors leaves need help

I noticed that you failed to give him any reference. Anyone who reads the thread is going to see that all you did was insult him. All I saw him say was something that someone named Jorge said. I saw the thread as soon as I came on here it was the first recent one. Then I saw someone else say you were being mean. What was the bad advice that was given, all the supporting evidence points to his argument. Do you have any supporting evidence against his claim? -Real estate-

this thread is full of good stuff start at the beginning and remember the original poster used collidal silver to create feminized seed.
Oh sorry. I was asking about the thread that Satisfied linked. He just insulted some guy non stop then he said he gave bad advice. What was the bad advice? I'm new, I'd like to know. What better way then to get the right answer to such a heated argument.

It was at first. then it was kind of sad because satisfied got really angry. The one guy aline haze said that he read in a book by Jorge cerventes that there is something called "reverse foliar feeding" or foliar leaching and it flushed nutrients out of the leaves. Then he gave several links supporting that claim. Satisfied just yelled at him and ridiculed him without giving any supporting information even though the guy kept asking, " where is your supporting information." I would like the supporting info too. I think a lot of people would like it.

Shifting the burden of proof... You're eagerness to take it up for "another guy" is a little too obvious buddy. Why would I want to discuss that thread here with you? You're just going to repeat the same invalid arguments purple did. What is your motive? Again, too obvious... Or are you supposed to be his 165 internet-IQ uncle or the sister he bragged about  That discussion is closed, all the arguments from both sides have shown my initial point, that it was poorly worded. It's amazing how people can flip over just those words and then brag they have a high IQ... And remember, he kept saying he enjoyed it  Just can't let it go can ya...

You mean, "That you've frequently pointed out over the years" That didn't really fit together to well.
Awww more butthurt.. I said exactly what i meant, just didn't bother to add a ",". Fail again.

I think its kind of entertaining.bongsmilie
Another bonus of rollitup, free entertainment. At some point it gets pathetic though. :eyesmoke:

something about males cant be a hermaphrodite or pass it down to a female plant.female has xx chromosome and males have xy chromosomes they pass their x on to the female offspring so ben is technically wrong.as long as a male has an x it can have the herm trait all you would need is a proper gene switch to trigger the rna and force the dna to change.

I'm not going to argue with a prejudice pig. Can someone please just read the article and tell me what bad advice was given? Is there not a single person on this site qualified? This is interesting.

I dont think one can be a botanist and not know plant biology. I refuse to read flushing threads I dont believe in it if you know how to grow a plant you never need to flush. I personally let mine fade at the end on purpose because pulls the chlorophyll out of the leafs and brings out the taste.

So you don't know either?
Sorry, ALENHAZE he was being crazy as you said. I wanted to know the answer. I saw that uncle ben guy was here for a moment but he left. I hope he can clear this all up. The flushing in the argument was about foliar leaching and reverse foliar feeding. Are you familiar with the techniques? I'm learning so much here! Thanks. vI might start a page just for me.

seems like it would take away from the plants reserve nutrients before the plant was ready. it sounds unnatural and could result in a lack of optimal nutrient uptake because plants need chlorophyll for photosynthesis. less stress as possible is the right approach.

Yea, im not getting involved. The argument was about whether or not nutrients could be leached from leaves as a result of rain, dew, fog or washing. Several studies done and were cited in support of foliar leaching. Nothing but insults in "support" of sativieds argument. He twisted everything out of context trying to use appropriate terminology to support his inappropriate claim. Complete waste of time because I`ve yet to see his citations. If u have an answer after reading feel free to pm me. :peace:

That process is just leaching chlorophyll not nitrogen .
"Leaching, which is defined as the movement of substances derived exclusively from plant tissues to an aqueous solution in direct contact with vegetation" Then, This one that is very similar: "Foliar leaching is broadly defined as the removal of substances from plant leaves by the action of rain, dew, fog and leaf washing."
So the substances are exclusively chlorophyl? The technique described in Jorge Cervantes' Grow Bible is used for flushing nitrogen out of the leaves prior to taking cuttings. Seriously though, I don't want to interrupt your thread, feel free to pm me. :peace:
