This is our third try at this and my first post on RIU. We tried 2012 2014 and now 2015. April 9th (rainy/windy 45F morning) we put a 2 foot sensi star mother plant in about 25 30 gallon hole. 6 more 2 inch baby starter plants in separate locations (5-12gal. holes). I wouldve liked to add some amendments to the dirt (guanos, perelite, lime etc) but the plants are in natural dirt some dirt was brown some grey and some reddish. One plant we buried in a rotten dead tree just to see what would happen. I did notice power lines broken branches and deer paths which makes me a bit nervous but we'll see how it goes. The plants are just out there. No fence no deer repellant no security. Thats probly gonna be my next update but feel free to ask questions or comment
