Neem Oil

I just discovered spider mites on some of my house hold plants not my crop. I sprayed Neem Oil on them and noticed all the warnings on the bottle. Does anyone know if the fumes are harmful to breath in after it is on the plant. It puts out a heavy smell from the oil.

I know that it is natural, but I heard it will greatly affect the taste of the buds if sprayed while flowering. I would recommend using habaneros solution to foliar feed your plants if you have any doubts... google it, the recipe is also in my journal somewhere, I copied it from some post on RIU. A LOT cheaper than neem oil! it seems to be just as effective but it doesnt stink.

You can use neem oil up to 10 days before havest, people will tell you that it will make your buds taste funky but IMO it doesn't seem to affect the taste at all.. And its 100% organic so it's completely safe.

It maybe organic but the bottle has all kinds of cautions like, harmful if absorbed into the skin, seek medical help ect.

people will you read the guy's post before commenting?

dude, it's not harmful at all, just smells bad for a while.

if your houseplants have mites id remove them immediately from the house cuz your crop is next. don't enter your grow room again before all the mites are gone, change your clothes and take a shower between. just to be safe, spray your mj plants with neem oil, for prevention. you don't want those in your plants. that's why growers shouldnt have any house plants, as sad as that may be.
