Neem Oil question

how effective is it and should i use it regularly when i dont have any pests in my growroom or is that unnecessary

u dont need to use it unless u have pets

i am always going to use it as a preventative measure, until 12/12 anyway.

and when im in flowering til which point its ok to use it not u get any bad results
