Need Wiring Advice

I salvaged a 23w 120v AC vent fan from an old microwave. I want to attach a power cord to it. I have 2 - 125v power cords, 1 is 5a the other is 10a, the 10a has a ground, the other is just +/-. How would I go about doing this?

"If it was me", I would personally test with a multimeter to make sure which wire is the ground (we call it earth here). Then connect the AC wires.

For you to be asking this question, I would recommend you bin it and save yourself from risk of shock!

23w is pretty weak, use a 12v computer fan instead?
