Need transplant advice PICS!!

I've got all the soil ready and everything... I'm going from that little 4 inch square pot into a 5 gallon Smart Pot.... My original soil is FFOF and Light Warrior... I'm not sure how wise this was, but I decided to go with Roots Organic soil for the bigger pot..along with some worm castings and a little bit of FFOF...Anyway, as you can see there is already a little root poking out the bottom of the pot, but I think it would be premature to transplant it right now esp since its been doing so well... I was planning on waiting a few days, but its supposed to be 100+ outside in four days and in the mid 90's until a week from now.... Obviously, I would still water it, but I suppose I'm apprehensive about tranplanting and then it potentially frying..What are my options? will it become rootbound if I transplant in about 5 days or so? I can't have it inside either...

everyday take it outside for 2-4 hrs until the leaves start to toughen up. it should be fine to transplant in about 3-4 days. your roots will be fine if you wait another 3-4 days. i transplant my rockwhool clones into party cups and let them grow roots for almost 2 weeks and then i transplant into 3gal pots and they do fine

ok well first of all what has she been under? florescent lights,or HID lighting? what was the time cycle? it shouldn't be a problem transplanting it in 5-6 days or now for that matter. what i do when i plant from indoor to outdoor is i sync the lighting to the same time slowly. what i mean is i take my blue light and go down from 18-6 to 15-9 slowly then when i put them outside i put them under a clear plastic makeshift greenhouse (kinda). what that clear plastic does is shades just enough so your plants dont fry!!! make sure you got good air flow though.....

you can feel your leaves right now and they would rip real easy and just feel soft. but after its been in the sunlight and the wind has kicked its ass a little, you can feel the leaves and they will feel "tougher" in a since. then they will be ok for transplanting outdoors. what you are doing when you are taking your plant outdoors for a few hrs. is reducing the chance of shock to the plant and getting it ready for THAT inviorment. rather that the comfort of the indoors

you dont need to do that. i went strate from 24hrs on to throwing them outside. none of my plants seemed to mind.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that what I did was germed the seeds and then just put them directly into the soil outdoors...It's an outodoor grow... The only time it was inside was for germination, which I know is not how it should be done, but I don't have the option right now of growing indoors...
