need to Identify this deficiency HELP

I'd spray for bugs. Both the soil and plant. You have visible chew marks on a few leaves. Whatever is eating the plant might have come from larvae in the soil. Larvae that's messing with the roots.

Check the soil PH also to make sure that's ok.

I have killed a few inch worms around the plants that's what I think is eating them but last time I messed with PH the soil was around 6-6.5 an same with the water I use around 6.5-6.8

An if I did decided to spray what would you recommend using ?
