need to get rid of... looks like algae

im using an ebb and flow hydro system... i have 5 plants veging right now they are doing very well... im using sure to grow blocks which are supposed to not be able to have algae grow on them.. but looks like there is algae growing on just one plant block... im not sure what to do.. im a first time grower...

need suggestions!!!

block out light getting too it and it will die.. ive grown me some algea before and if its not much it will be ok as long as its not in yer res. don't let temps get too high

thanks dude... i took some magazine paper ripped it into 4 strands and made a square pattern around the stem.. it cleared up in hours.
