Need some tips on harvesting

hey guys. I'm a first timer. My plants aren't quite at this stage yet but I want to be perpaired!

Which part of the plant do I keep. I have only ever bought n smoked buds I had no idea u could smoke the leaves

I have four plants about 18" tall all female. I picked the males cause I didn't want seeds. They are just starting to bud. So. I am curious on what to do with the leaves. How do I make hash ???

Your best bet is to use the search option up top and type keywords hash. What I do is cut the initial green parts of the leaves of. Then I go back and cut the leaves that are covered in crystals and save those. I dry them out and roll them into joints for my friends to smoke so I dont have to smoke any of the good shit with them. This is a joke but you can use it for a little fill when you didn't break up enough to make your joint fat.
