try a pocket door, the ones that you usally find in bathrooms. can be tricky to install, but afterword, put a bookshelf or something in front. make sure the door is close to flush with the drywall. i helped a homie do this and it looked like the entrance to the ann frank attic. and then the weed nazis will never be the wiser

go buy a cheap cabinet unit with locking doors. cut the back out of the unit and bolt to the wall of said opening so it can not be moved unless you open the cabinet to unbolt....there you go...anybody asks why its locked, tell em its your hunting and fishing gear that you dont want the wife or kids fuckin with....

That's a pretty decent idea, I think. That'd have to be a huge cabinet though haha. Still pretty suspicious though, if you have to explain what something is in a locked place as totally innocent, yet won't show it to anyone lol

i was bout to start work on a book case next week

i was thinking i put it on swivle casters and hide them with a lil face board on the botom, hinge it to the corner wall so it would swing out then was thnkn i would get like one of those gate latches that locks when you push it shut and have a string attached to the latch that can go through a small hole on the book case and just be pulled and the latch will releas and door opens, coulg go even further and attach the string to a book so when you pull the right book out it oppens, have some sort of gasket for it to close against
