Need some help

ok i got 4 different stains right now and there all 3weeks in to flowering but my strawberry blue is just chillin out with no signs of buding every thing else looks great but this 1 plant

pictures? how tall. how long did you veg

sorry no pics 8 week veg w/ 4 85w cfl about 2 feet tall and 2 feet wide everythings bin topped several times and all 4 plants r very heathy and fat lil bushes and now there under a 600w hps and i use everything foxfarm like i said the other 3 r doing just perfect with a bunch of lil popcorn nugs every where

give it some more time. Some plants take longer to start flower production.
