need some help

I recently germinated 3 seeds they cracked and were planted in 6in pots watered and put under 64watt t8(5700watt cold white or daylight i dont know its blue) however after 8days only 1 u can see its about a inch tall and the others are not to be seen, is it a possiblity because i watered after planting that i sunk them?.. on a side note i recently moved them to a corner instead of the closet and added in 2 red 13w fluros and corner it with a white board its very reflective and gets nice fresh air, and i also added in 4 more in Xl tim hortons cups. sorry for the wall of text



Edit: i checked the pots for growth i had to shoot out 3 leaving me with 4, however i have 1 thats a inch, on thats about to leaf, and one thats showing green under the shell. also is this lighting efficent im just using it to grow the plants into mothers im buying a 400watt hps after xmas for the actual grow.

they really shud av shown in 8 days, they may still show but i doubt it.
you may have distressed them while transfering to pots or they mite b just duds.

i did not transfer pots, i germed 4 more, and used different cups.. also should i pour these out on a pan and search for the seed? i did this with one yesterday and it looks like its starting to show. but that is from the new batch of seeds.

Can u tell sativa and indica from first leafs, i have one thats red stem, and has 2 tiny leafs, and the other is whiteish green stem with 2 fat leafs about 3 times the size.
