Need some help diagnosing

I've had 4 white widows growing for about a month now from seeds. I have asked questions about what might be wrong but never got a definitive solution. The soil is miracle grow branded perlite and regular potting soil. Let me start off by saying that the perlite branded with miracle grow said that it could feed the plants for up to 4 months and that i think this slow release fertilizer may be the main issue. I am using a 125 watt 6500K compact fluorescent bulb with a CRI index of 93 but have just recently switched to 4 20 watt compact fluorescents to see if it would help my plants. I will be posting pics for help. For fertilizer i have been using standard 20-20-20 fertilizer once a week at 1/4 strength(how much solution should i give them? should i also spray on leaves?). As far as watering goes, i try to keep the soil very lightly damp, at times i let it dry out and then water it. I checked the ph and it is 6.5. Any help would be great guys, thanks.

Oof, that don't look pretty, sorry. I'm no pro, but I've gotta go with over-nute. Nute-burn looks like that, stunted growth, drying, shriveled and discolored leaves, etc. I would back off the liquid fertilizer, because it's not even the right strenghts, you want something high in nitrogen during veg, and higher in pottassium and phosphorous during flowering, not an even amount the whole way through.

I would flush with nothing but plain water for the next few waterings. If you've got good enough drainage, try to run 3x's the amount of water through the medium to try to wash away excess nutrients. I've never heard of pre-nuted perlite before, but I'd say that's where the problem lies. It's most likely a problem with the medium. Either the potting soil or perlite has too much of or the wrong kind of nutes.

Trust me and start over. Those are not worth saving. It would take to long for them to get better.
You must go and buy foxfarm soil or what everybody can get nation wide is Miracle GROW ORGANIC. With this mg soil you are going to have to mix in a bag of perlite (with no nutes in it!!!).

Your problem is that soil is to strong for the plants.
